Lewiston, Maine - Oxford Networks announced today that former Board Chair, President and CEO, Rick Anstey has resigned from its Board of Directors as of April 4, 2011.
Mr. Anstey served as Oxford Networks President and CEO from 1998 - 2006, and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1999. He most recently served as Chairman of the Oxford Networks Board of Directors. According to Craig Gunderson, current president and CEO for Oxford Networks, Anstey remains a great friend of the organization and will be missed.

Anstey, who is retired, lives in Colorado with his wife Francine.
